PRIVACY:
All photos will remain private unless a model release is signed by the client.
PAYMENT:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to set a date for your photo session. The remaining balance of 50% is due at the photo shoot. Cash or Card.
CREATIVE PLANNING:
Any specific ideas or inspiration photos can be sent to the photographer before the shoot date. If you are interested in one of my studio sets please let me know in advance, as it takes extra time to setup. All props, wardrobe, locations and set availability fluctuates. The photographer can not guarantee access to everything seen on www.marileecarusophoto.com unless discussed before hand.
PROOFING GALLERY:
Two to three weeks after the shoot day the client will receive an email with a link to a password protected proofing gallery. There the client can order prints or high resolution files, view the RAW files from their session and order extra retouched photos.
RETOUCHING:
Two to three weeks after the shoot day the client will receive the retouched high resolution files via Dropbox, chosen by the photographer. Additional images can be retouched.
CLIENT USE:
The client is welcome to share the retouched images on social media. Please tag me as “word of mouth” is my best advertising. The client may not share the raw images, manipulate the raw or retouched images in any way (including Instagram filters).
COPYRIGHT:
The photographer and client share all copyrights to all finished and retouched photos.
MAGAZINE SUBMISSION:
There is no charge for magazine submission. The photographer retains the right to decline submitting to any publication for any reason. A model release must be signed by the client.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
In the unlikely event that images are stolen, lost or destroyed the photographers liability is limited to the amount paid for the session only if a reshoot is not possible.
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING:
All deposits are non-refundable. Please contact me immediately if you need to cancel your appointment. If you are redeeming a gift card 50% will be deducted. You may reschedule your appointment once. You must notify me at least 7 days prior to the shoot date (Does not include special location events). The new appointment date must be within 30 days of the first date.
By signing this contract you the client agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
