Prep

Body

Drink tons of water and get lots of sleep for at least a week before. Nails and toes should be freshly painted or totally clean. If you need to dye your hair please do so at least 3 days before shoot. Pluck, tweeze or wax your brows, armpits and legs. On the day of the shoot make sure to eat something healthy and not bloating, you don't want to be starving or super full. Your hair should be clean and dry. Your face should be clean (no makeup) and moisturized.

Wardrobe

Please pack a shoot bag with a few undergarment and wardrobe options. Strapless bra, regular bra, nude underwear/thong, shape wear and stockings. You will have access to all of my wardrobe and accessories but I ask you bring a few options from home as well just in case. Lingerie sets, robes, gowns, cocktail dresses, costumes, high heels, boots, etc.

Travel

Make sure to GPS the shoot address and don't forget to account for the day of the week and time. Traffic can make a big difference in travel time. Guests are not currently allowed. When arriving at the location please wait until your schedule arrival time.
